   ### Application for accelerated recognition procedure

An accelerated recognition procedure can only be applied for by an employer at the **foreigners authority** at the companies residence. Applying directly to IHK FOSA is not possible.

##### Please note when submitting your application:

- Documents have to be displayed in full and be clearly legible. The colour copy hast to be done from the original document.
- Translations are only accepted from publicly appointed or sworn interpreters or translators from Germany or abroad.

- Please do not submit the application until all documents to be submitted are complete!
